Six Stages, No Shortcuts

Every Dress Smart garment passes through the same production stages, from cutting to delivery. You can follow yours through each one from your account.

Pattern, shears and cloth — where every commission begins.

1. 1

   Measurement

   Every order starts with the wearer — guided measurements taken at home, in our showroom or on-site for organizations, saved to a reusable profile.

2. 2

   Cutting

   Cloth is cut per garment against the individual pattern. No standard sizes, no compromise blocks.

3. 3

   Stitching

   Construction by specialist tailors — collars, canvassing and seams assembled by hand and machine where each belongs.

4. 4

   Finishing

   Buttonholes, pressing and final detailing. The garment takes its finished shape.

5. 5

   Quality Check

   Each piece is inspected against the original measurement sheet before it may leave the workshop.

6. 6

   Serial & Dispatch

   A unique serial number is attached, the garment is registered to its wearer, and it ships with full tracking.
